TV Shack TV DMCA and copyright policy

We respect intellectual property and act on valid notices quickly. This page explains what we are, what we can act on, and exactly what a report needs to contain.

What TV Shack TV is, technically

TV Shack TV is a technology provider. We supply access to streams and the configuration that lets a standard player display them. We do not own, produce, broadcast, record or store the underlying media, and we are not the origin of any signal carried through the service. Trademarks and content rights belong to their respective owners, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim otherwise.

Reporting an infringement

If you own rights in a work, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe material accessible through our service infringes those rights, write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA notice”. We review every notice by hand.

What a valid notice must include

  1. Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed. Where several works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
  3. Identification of the material you are asking us to remove or disable, precise enough for us to locate it — the exact channel or title name, and where it appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We acknowledge every complete notice within 48 hours. Where a notice is valid and the material is within our control, we remove or disable access to it promptly — in practice within 72 hours of acknowledgement, and sooner for live events. We keep a record of every notice and of the action taken.

An incomplete notice is not ignored: we will tell you what is missing so you can resubmit. Notices sent to any other address, or through the contact form, are redirected to the same team but take longer to reach it.

Counter-notification

If material was removed because of a notice you believe to be mistaken, send a counter-notification to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of subscribers who are the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement notices, in line with our terms of service.

Good-faith requests from broadcasters

Rights holders sometimes need a specific feed removed for a specific territory or window rather than removed entirely. We will act on such requests where they are clearly described, and we would rather hear from you early than through a legal channel.

This page explains our process. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right or remedy available to a rights holder.
