TV Shack TV terms of service
What we provide, what we ask of you, and what happens when something goes wrong. Short sentences, no traps.
1. What these terms cover
They apply to your use of shackiptv4k.com and to any TV Shack TV subscription you request through it. Placing an order or requesting a trial means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
2. What we provide
A subscription gives you credentials for a set period and a set number of simultaneous connections, as chosen on the pricing page. One connection is one screen watching at a time. We provide access to streams and the configuration that makes them play in standard players; we do not own or broadcast the underlying channels, as set out on our DMCA page.
3. Availability and quality
We target 99.9% availability and generally achieve it, but no streaming service is immune to broadcaster outages, routing problems or your own connection. Channel line-ups change as broadcasters add and retire feeds, so the catalogue on the day you subscribe is not a permanent guarantee of any individual channel.
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection. Roughly 8 Mbps is needed for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, on a stable line. We cannot be responsible for buffering caused by your connection, your Wi-Fi, or throttling by your provider.
4. Your account
- Your credentials are for your household and the number of connections you paid for.
- Do not share, resell or publish your login. Sharing is the most common cause of a line being locked.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been taken.
- You are responsible for activity on your line.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service for private, personal viewing. Do not use it for public performance in a commercial venue, do not record and redistribute streams, do not resell access, and do not attempt to interfere with, scrape or overload our infrastructure. We may suspend a line that breaches this section, and we terminate accounts subject to repeated, substantiated infringement notices.
6. Payment
No payment is taken on this website. You send us a request, we reply with the payment options available in your country, and the line is activated once payment is confirmed. Prices are in US dollars and include no setup or renewal fees. Nothing renews automatically; we hold no payment details, so there is no subscription to cancel.
7. Trials
A free trial is a real line with a short expiry, offered once per household. It is provided as-is, is not extended, and carries no obligation on either side.
8. Refunds
The trial exists so you can test the service before paying, which is why we ask everyone to use it. If a paid line fails for a reason within our control and we cannot fix it, we will refund the unused portion. We do not refund for a change of mind, for channels a broadcaster has withdrawn, or for problems caused by your own connection or device. Raise a problem with us first — almost everything is fixable.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches section 4 or 5, that is used fraudulently, or where a chargeback is raised without contacting us first. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Your local law
Access to particular content varies by country. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you are.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Material changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use the service means the updated terms apply.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com or through the contact page.
