Are there any hidden or setup fees?
No. The price you see on the dial is the price of the subscription, in US dollars, for the whole term. There is no activation fee, no renewal premium and no charge for support.
How do I pay?
We reply to your request by email with the payment options available in your country. Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are ever typed into these forms.
Can I upgrade my plan part-way through?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or live chat and we will add connections or extend the term against your existing line, crediting what you have already paid for the unused part.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The line stops working and nothing renews automatically — we do not hold payment details, so there is nothing to cancel. Renew whenever you are ready and we extend the same username rather than issuing a new one.
